This course note
provides an introduction to the fundamentals of computer programming and
introduces some interesting societal issues resulting from ubiquitous
computing. The programming fundamentals include structured programming
techniques: decision statements, loops, arrays; object-oriented programming
techniques: designing classes, calling methods, using objects; and the use of
memory.
