  You also need the Swiss pdb Viewer, which you can download for free if you accept the license.
  • Windows: download pc-version of Spdbv (1.8M) and unzip. Spdbv.exe in the spdbv folder is ready for use.
  • Mac: Download mac-version of Spdbv and unpack the self-extracting archive. You'll need to replace the usrstuff and scripts folders with the ones given here.
  • Linux: download linux-version of Spdbv. The zip file contains the spdbv program as tar.gz. Unpack and run the instal.sh script. Replace the programs version of usrstuff and scripts directories. Maybe you'll need to install the mesa libraries. (also included)
